Secure Filling Containment

Our non-woven PP pillow ticks are engineered with a tight enough fibre structure to contain polyester, microfibre, and other loose fill materials without bleed-through — keeping the filling exactly where it belongs and maintaining the shape and density of the pillow or cushion over time.

Prevents Fibre Bleed-Through

Fibre migration through the inner casing is a common quality issue in pillow manufacturing. Our pillow ticks act as a clean barrier between the filling and the outer cover — protecting the outer fabric from contamination and maintaining the integrity of the finished product wash after wash.
