Non-Woven Cladding Separator Sheets \u2014 Manufactured in Oman<\/h2>\n

Fadwa Non Woven manufactures polypropylene (PP) non-woven cladding separator sheets at our production facility in Barka, Oman. Placed between aluminium and composite cladding panels during stacking, storage, and transit, our separator sheets protect panel surfaces from scratches, scuffs, and contact damage \u2014 preserving the finish and quality of every panel from production through to installation on site.<\/p>\n

Supplied in rolls to cladding manufacturers and panel processors, our separator sheets are lightweight, consistent in thickness, and easy to cut and apply at any stage of the production or packing process.<\/p>\n

Surface Scratch Prevention<\/strong><\/p>\n

When cladding panels are stacked or bundled together, direct panel-to-panel contact causes surface scratching, marring, and finish damage \u2014 particularly on high-gloss, coated, or mirror-finish aluminium and composite panels. Our non-woven PP separator sheets create a soft, consistent barrier between each panel, eliminating surface contact and protecting the finish throughout the handling and supply chain.<\/p>\n

Unlike inconsistent foam strips or loose padding, our separator sheets are produced to a uniform thickness and width across every roll \u2014 ensuring even protection across the full panel surface with no gaps or pressure points that could cause localised damage.<\/p>\n
