Lightweight, clean, and cost-effective, our pillow covers are used by pillow and bedding manufacturers, furniture factories, hotels, home stores, and any business that produces or packages pillows at scale.
Made from durable PP spunbond non-woven fabric, our pillow covers protect pillow inserts during production, storage, and transit — keeping them dust-free, clean, and presentable from factory floor to end customer.
We offer two styles to suit different production and packaging needs:
Pillow Cover — One Side Open, No Flap
The simplest and most cost-effective style. One side is left fully open for easy insertion of the pillow with no flap or closure. Ideal for high-volume production lines where speed of filling is the priority. Suitable for businesses that seal or package the pillow at a later stage.
Pillow Cover — One Side Open with Flap (Length Side)
Features an open length-side with a fold-over flap for a neater, more secure finish. The flap tucks over the open end, keeping the pillow insert in place and giving the cover a cleaner appearance — suitable for retail-ready packaging, hotel linen, and any application where presentation matters.
Both styles are available in standard pillow sizes with custom dimensions on request to match your specific production requirements. Custom printing available for branded or retail-facing applications.
